Cherry Delight



  • 2 cups crushed graham crackers
  • ½ cup melted butter
  • ¼ cup granulated sugar


  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 (8 oz) package cream cheese, room temperature
  • 1 cup powdered sugar


  • 1 large can of cherry pie filling

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
  2. FOR CRUST: Mix crushed graham crackers, melted butter and sugar together then press evenly into the bottom of an 11x7-inch baking dish. Bake for 5-8 minutes. Remove from oven and let cool completely before making filling.
  3. FOR FILLING: Pour heavy cream into a large bowl. Using an electric hand-mixer beat cream until small peaks form and it thickens.
